Searching numbers is and can be a very daunting task. First, you have to find a reliable directory that has a large database of phone numbers, then if are on a limited budget you have to find a directory that is inexpensive or free, and last if you only know the number you have to find a reverse directory. There have been quite a few online directories popping up on the internet since there is no official directory published by the major companies such as: Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Nextel. With all of these different directories it is hard to choose which one to use. Many of the directories out there charge to lookup a number and they do not guarantee a match. So, if you don't find the number or name that you are looking for you are out that money you spent on it. There are also free number directories out there but again many of them either do not have a large enough database of numbers or some just don't work period.
